The IC-208H is Icom's most powerful dual band mobile, delivering 55W/50W (VHF/UHF) RF output power levels due to individual MOS-FET high power amplifier modules.
These RF output power levels may be reduced to 15W or 5W for local communications.
Remote front panel control lead included!

We randomly check IC-208Hs for
heatsink finish, circuit board finish and glue, front panel to main body fitment, labels, RF power output vs. frequency, receiver sensitivity, computer programming, frequency alignment, factory seals, etc., etc.

Re cloning of some IC-208Hs by CS-208 and USB cable;
Firstly, load the XP drivers from the disc (which is supplied with the cable).
Next, re-boot the computer, then load the CS-208 program.
Re-boot the computer.
Next, access the radio by computer. This may take a few minutes whilst the computer searches for the radio program.
You should now be able to program the radio. 

Note; there should be no problem cloning by serial lead.
