New fan cooled (zero to full fan speed) metal-cased switch-mode high current super-rugged 13.8VDC @ 33A (36A peak) regulated power supply boasts current overload and short circuit protection thanks to its constant current circuitry.
Fan operates when the SPA-8330's internal temperature reaches a certain temperature. Fan speed is controlled by a thermistor circuit.
Features over-temperature, over-voltage and short-circuit protection! The red fault light will illuminate and the DC output voltage and current will reduce to a safe level when any of the above faults occur.
Highly efficient, at about 80%.
Delivers 33A (1 min. @ 50% cycle).
Voltage adjustment range of 10Vdc to 15Vdc is possible via a trimmer, which is accessible through the underside of the power supply.
