Please note that amateur radio type RF wattmeters do not necessarily display p.e.p. (peak envelope power) to very high levels of accuracy.
Please consider purchasing a commercial RF wattmeter which has a specially designed and calibrated internal amplifier that displays p.e.p. to a very high level of accuracy. These wattmeters are known as true-peak reading RF wattmeters. Some brands of such wattmeters are; Coaxial Dynamics, Bird, Telewave, etc.
