Due to many of our products being priced below dealer cost, we reserve the right to limit sales to retail quantities. Any quantity pricing is by negotiation.
If you intend programming your radio or using an astronomy camera with your computer, then you may need an "application" or "emulator" if your computer's
operating system is later than Windows XP, e.g. if using Windows 7 or 8.

Most products are in stock and most can be despatched to you the same day!
All products include Australian GST. Exported products don't include Aust. GST.
Due to recent currency revaluations, prices are subject to change w/o notice.
All product prices are based on seafreight. Airmail/airfreight is at extra cost.

Warranties are not transferable regarding products we import, except for those Yaesu products we import direct from Yaesu in Japan, as Yaesu supports us in the case of their warranty claim approvals. Such support is limited to one year re Yaesu accessories and to the first three years re Yaesu transceivers. The subsequent (additional) 2 years re our 5-year warranty on Yaesu transceivers
is not transferable! We don't offer replacement warranties on any product!

The only other warranties which are transferable are those provided and/or supported by local importers and/or manufacturers, e.g. Uniden, GME, etc.

Customer-caused or environment caused damage is not covered by warranty.
Warranty applies only to proven factory faults in parts and/or workmanship.
All other faults are chargeable. Warranty cover is NOT insurance cover!

Updating of firmware is chargeable, even when the product is within the product's warranty period. This service is not included in warranty. Updating
of firmware is free ONLY for Yaesu amateur radio transceivers which are
within the initial Yaesu Japan factory-supported 3-year warranty period.
Firmware-updated Yaesu amateur radios will be sent back to the original purchaser during this initial Yaesu-suported 3-year warranty at no cost.
We strongly recommend the radio be insured during any/all transportation.   

Repairing of amateur radio transceivers generally takes from several weeks to several months by almost all Australian suppliers/repairers, as the few fully qualified and experienced Australian amateur radio technicians are very busy!
Warranty repairs always take precedent over chargeable repairs, of course. 
Please note; We don't divulge serial numbers of any new or used product.

Please choose products carefully as we do not refund if you incorrectly chose. We do not sell products on a trial, test, evaluation, experimental or approval basis. We do not sell products for use in industrial, scientific, medical, military, space or aircraft applications (etc.), or for any certification, suitability,
experimentation or testing applications or requirements, etc., etc. & etc.
Product returns approved by us will incur a restocking fee of 20% plus other relevant costs. Products returns not approved by us will not be accepted!!
We import specially ordered products only after full payment is received.

Our "Free freight Australia-wide" offers apply ONLY to our new sales of new amateur radio transceivers, new scanning receivers and new communications receivers. ALL other products and product categories are excluded from this generous offer. "Free freight Australia-wide" may sometimes apply to certain special "CB antenna with CB transceiver" packages.
